There’s so many things to like about fall – the foliage, fall drinks, fall hikes, and much more. What I like the most is fall and winter fashion! With so many great choices on the market, it can be difficult to decide what to spend our limited budgets on. However, I have found some very long-lasting but very cute pieces for 2023. Here’s my picks for you below:
1. Crochet Flowers Cardigan – Simons
I absolutely love this cardigan. I am very drawn to flowers – be it floral patterns, embroidery, paintings, etc. As soon as I saw this gorgeous cardigan, I knew I had to try it out and I’m glad I did. The material is so incredibly soft. I have fabric sensitivities and cannot wear lots of sweaters because of the way they feel. This one is soft and comfortable and is built to last.
2. Mini Cables and Twists Sweater – Simons
This might be my favourite purchase of the year. This sweater has a real Rory from Gilmore Girls vibe to it and comes in many gorgeous colours. The green one is my favourite. It is made out of super soft material and fits so nicely. This sweater is great for layering with a Uniqlo heattech if you live in a colder place like me. I definitely recommend investing in this one.
3. Rib-Knit Zippered Mock-Neck Sweater – Simons
This sweater makes me feel like I have my life put together. It looks stylish, is great for layering, and comes in so many different colours. I love every single variation of this sweater. Rib-knit clothing always makes me feel like a cool girl. Often, a lot of these sweaters on the market have a bad fit and end up making me look frumpy. However, this one fits very well. It’s a great purchase for me as I can wear this to work easily. I love clothes that can function as both – casual and business casual. This sweater does both beautifully.
4. 3D Knit Souffle Yarn Long Sleeve Sweater – Uniqlo
Uniqlo has THE BEST options for multi-functional clothing. This sweater can take you from a business meeting to a date night depending on what you pair it with. Simple, clean, classic, the Uniqlo way. It comes in 4 different colours (wine is my choice) and you cannot go wrong with either colour. This sweater gives you a luxurious feel without breaking the bank.
5. Souffle Yarn Long Sleeve Short Cardigan – Uniqlo
One thing I appreciate about Uniqlo is the number of women’s clothing items that have pockets in them. They do not compromise on functionality. This cardigan is ultra-soft and comes with pockets! It is a great choice for layering and is well-suited for both casual and business casual outfits. .
